By creating, sharing, or uploading content through the App, you grant MK APPS PVT LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and promote the services of the App.

Content Ownership

While you retain ownership of the content you create, MK APPS PVT LTD reserves all rights to the App's software, design, graphics, and other proprietary materials. You agree not to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App's intellectual property without prior consent.

Analytics and Data Collection

We use Firebase and Facebook Analytics to collect data on App usage to improve functionality and user experience. By using the App, you consent to the collection and usage of this data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Users are fully accountable for ensuring that their actions comply with legal and ethical standards.

Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from using the app to create or distribute harmful, defamatory, or illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized alterations of voices, videos, or images of public figures or celebrities, and any content that violates the rights of others or any applicable law.
